Electromyography/Nerve Conduction Study EMG/NCS
Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) are used to assess nerve and muscle function, helping to diagnose a wide range of neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
Electroencephalogram (EEG)
A painless, non-invasive test used to detect abnormal brain activity, often carried out to investigate symptoms such as seizures, blackouts or unexplained episodes of unconsciousness.
Sleep-Deprived EEG
Performed after reduced sleep to increase diagnostic sensitivity — especially useful when routine EEGs are inconclusive.
Ambulatory EEG
A portable EEG test that records brain activity over 24–72 hours in a patient’s normal home environment.
Video Telemetry
Combines EEG with video monitoring to capture and analyse seizures or unusual episodes in real time.
