We’re proud to share that Mille Biddle, Clinic Coordinator at MediServices Healthcare, has been named a finalist for Advanced Level Apprentice of the Year at the 2025 Worcestershire Apprenticeships Awards.

Mille joined MediServices through the apprenticeship route and quickly became a valued member of our operational team. Her nomination recognises the professionalism and attention to detail she brings to her role, whilst also reflecting the energy and potential we believe apprentices bring to healthcare services.

A Well-Deserved Recognition

This year saw a record-breaking number of entries across ten award categories, showcasing the growing impact of apprenticeships across the region. Finalists include apprentices, mentors, training providers and employers — all helping to advance the #SkillsForLife initiative and build stronger futures through work-based learning.

Mille’s role as a Clinic Coordinator involves scheduling patient clinics, communicating with hospital teams, managing bookings and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Throughout her apprenticeship, she has shown a clear commitment to learning, development and patient-centred service delivery.

We’re delighted to see her contribution recognised on a public platform and we look forward to supporting her on awards night.

Apprenticeships at MediServices

Our apprenticeship programme is a key part of how we build and grow our team. By offering structured support, real responsibility and ongoing mentoring, we’ve been able to bring talented early-career professionals into the business and help them thrive.

Following the success of our current apprentices, we continue to recruit for Clinic Coordinator and administrative healthcare roles through the apprenticeship route.

It’s a model that supports confident development, strengthens team culture, and contributes to a more sustainable future for diagnostic healthcare delivery.

Apprenticeships bring in motivated, capable people who care about what they do. That mindset fits exactly with the way we deliver care and support across MediServices.”

Christine Mozzamdar, Managing Director, MediServices
